Season Joined: 2010-2011

Hometown: London, Ontario

Education/Training:
Singing (with Karen!) since I was five,
Piano lessons with Karen
Studied conducting at Capilano University

Do you also have a non-singing “day job”? If so, what do you do?
I direct the Primary Choir at Wesley-Knox. I also work with children in a variety of other jobs.

Where else do you teach/gig/conduct/sing/perform?
In the Wesley-Knox United Church Senior Choir

Favorite choral work(s):
Lots! Eric Whitacre’s “Animal Crackers”, Rutter’s “Magnificat”, “Freedom Trilogy” (from Road to Freedom concert)

Anything you’d like to add about yourself?

I own a wonderful collection of festive Christmas hats. Given the choice, I never wear shoes during choir (except on concert days when Karen makes me!). I love Dr Seuss and spent a summer working at camp where my camp name was “Seuss”.
